Snow Day! The kids couldn't remember the last time they had played in the snow. It had been too long. They all enjoyed sledding, though Kate only wanted to go twice.
Kate knew it was nap time and took a short nap on my lap and then on the sled when I got up.
Natalie and Nick wanted to bring some snow home, so they worked at the hard snow to get chunks that fit into a bucket. We were up in the mountains for almost 3 hours and had such a fun time.

Where did you go to find so much snow?
We exited at the Emmigrant Gap exit and paid 15 bucks to sled on someone's property. We avoided the crowds doing it this way. The Nyack exit had hundreds of people and no where left to park.
