We love our Christmas Eve traditions. Here's what we do: make cookies for Santa, get together with cousins, read the Nativity Story by candlelight (or act it out), open a new ornament that represents the year, unwrap new pajamas, read our "gifts" to the Savior that we've given over the past month, put out the reindeer food and cookies and milk, and hang the stockings. Kate was so thirsty and we told her that it was ok to have a few sips of Santa's milk. I don't think he minded. Natalie and Elizabeth got Bugs Bunny ornaments (the mascot of Discovery Kingdom). Kate got a Belle ornament (she loves princesses and Belle is her second favorite- Elizabeth already claimed Cinderella as her princess). Nick got a school ornament because he started school this year. So fun!
