We went to see the Santa Parade in Downtown Sacramento. Some of us sat on the sunny, warmside and some of us sat on the shady, cold side because the sun was too bright, according to Natalie. Ken's "hat" to block the bright sun is actually part of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle costume that happened to be in the car. I was glad to be on the other side of the street from that fashion statement. We went to see my niece ride her horse with her riding team. After over an hour, she came by us and, fortunately, Santa soon followed. We enjoyed it, despite the wind and the bright sun and the length. Merry Christmas!
